Who We Are

Founded in 2006 Ceres is one of the biggest owners of agricultural land in Bulgaria establishing itself as a premier landowner and world class agricultural operator.

Our mission is to deliver superior returns to our shareholders by a multifold increase of the value of our land holdings through rental income generation, modern farming operations and land concentration and consolidation.

Ceres is set up to take advantage of the undervalued land prices that are expected to converge with those in the other EU Member States and the fragmented ownership structure, which we believe is an opportunity to generate superior returns by consolidating land into sizable plots. Aside from speculative land holding the Fund is renting out its holdings and engaging in own agricultural business activities in order to generate medium term cash flows and to add value to its investments.
